One of the questions I hear most often from coaches is “What can I do to get more potential coaching clients to my website”? The answer is there are many things you can do to build your website traffic and my question is,”are you doing them”?
In Meta-coaching we call this the be-do-have equation; our state (the being) influences our behaviour (the doing) which in turn influences the results that we get in life (the having). Finding our power in a relationship then starts with our state of mind, the framework, the unconscious rules we bring to them. This allows us to effect the only thing we can take control of and that is +ourselves+.

Hold some tennis balls inside a desk drawer and squeeze one particular in each and every hand as hard as you can for ten second bursts. This is a great exercising to do once you have been typing for too extended. Take these same tennis balls and roll them around beneath your feet (taking your shoes off first!) (Tip: preserve the tennis balls hidden away and out of reach to avert them mysteriously disappearing from your office and reappearing in the car, garden or toy cupboard).

As you go down, stick on leg out so that all your weight is on your other leg. This will add a lot of difficulty to your squats. Alternate legs for 10-15 reps for a thigh blaster.
Rest will heal shin splint but it will still be upon how you will be working out again after the rest that will matter. Even if you had a good rest, if you will engage in strenuous and in vigorous activity you will still be prone to shin splint. Rest and gradual adaptation to the activity once you are doing it will make you be healthy again.

TODD: Well..forensic art, there is a lot of different facets to forensic art of course. Of course, most of the time you’re actually taking a skull and using tissue depth markers, determining the depth of the tissue based on race, age, sex, just a numerous…uhh…numerous factors and you actually reconstruct the skull into a fleshed out face in clay. And a lot of times this plays a big role in identification, but you also have a facet. That’s not really the forensic facet; but the age progression of the missing person, young child 12 years old, five years. They are going to change a lot. So it is really important to have resources lined up where you can show the potential aging process of this person, to help make it easier to find them. The new owners had taken out the garage, made it a carport, put on a back porch, painted the house, expanded the front porch, and put in a fence in the backyard. When our die-hard OU fan passed a few years ago, it would have brought us great joy to have the opportunity to have one of these caskets. As it was, we filled the casket with OU souvenirs. It brought smiles and giggles all around. We knew our family member would have approved. Although death is something most of us aren’t comfortable talking about, this new line of college sports products might help to ease the pain.
